  3. Howdy all, Hope you are all safe and well. We have indeed been quiet, and I apologise for that. The situation appears to be evolving day by day as we continue to embrace this unprecedented event. We are however, not dead and still alive! Though things will be slowed due to real life commitments with our staff (our volunteer staff come first). A lot has been planned and discussed over the past few months about different approaches and the overall structure of the community. What is the suggestion: To create a Public Safety Command Center with includes the following: Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Software 911 Management System Records & Evidence Management System Crime Analysis and Investigation System Jail and Inmate Management System What are the advantages? (List each in new line) Allows for efficient and organized law enforcement operations. Allows for a organized and structured criminal justice system. Provides law enforcement with realism and immersion using the tools given by the software. Allows there to be accountability for law enforcement. What are the disadvantages? (List each in new line) Can take a long time to design and develop by development team. Can take time to learn and get used to by law enforcement.   11. Yeah I think it would have to be modified and maybe implement only a state government to keep it simple and not as much players.
  12. Thanks for putting in time with your idea, it's something we've thought about for a while, but the issue is with getting numbers. Ideally, I've thought of having people in charge of portfolios like public service, infrastructure, emergency, tourism, health, etc. which would be the middle between players and game administration. Budgets are definitely something we've thought about as well, but we need a robust economy first and systems in place, like tax, etc. that gets fed back into the cycle. The main issue with all of this though is having player numbers to be able to manage this, so I suppose when we get to that stage and have enough interest in a government, we could revise this. Would definitely like the communities thoughts on this though.
  13. What is the suggestion: The government will have tax income from the following sources: income, sales, property, corporate, and other. The government will then decide on a budget, based on a vote. The budget will affect each department and their ability to pay their expenses. Each department head will be able to have a say in their budget but it will be decided, but the budget will be created by the government. This would be conducted every two months by the government. For a state government: Governor's Proposal Hearing by Legislative Budget Committee Sub-Committee Hearings (San Andreas Department of Finance, Legislative Analyst's Office, and State Agencies) Governor's Updated Revenue Forecast (if needed) Hearing Legislative Conference Committee (3 members from each house) [not open to the public] Legislative Conference Committee's Compromise Vote by State Assembly Vote by State Senate Governor's Signature or Veto For a county government: County Administrator's Proposal Board of Supervisor's Hearing & Vote Adopted Budget or Updated Budget by County Administrator Submission to State Government For a city government: City Mayor's Proposal City Council Hearing Adopted Budget or Updated Budget by City Mayor Submission to State Government What are the advantages? (List each in new line) Creates realistic economy system for the government. Allows players to hold their government accountable and more demand to vote. Allows for a in-depth, fair, and organized budget system. Creates realism and immersion for players to roleplay the hearings. What are the disadvantages? (List each in new line) Can be a long process depending on efficiency. Can be a lot of paperwork and financial skills required. Do you have any resources (images, links, references) to support our staff in making said suggestion? I do not. How would you go about implementing this idea? Create a government structure and official processes for government activity. To decide to have state, county, and/or city governments. To make it simple, I believe it would be easy to implement only a state government with state agencies.

    Highlights Launder Lady: Another new mission which allows players to visit the Launder Lady in Backlot City, get information off her and switch their money from marked/dirty to clean fresh cash. Check out the Launder Lady guide on how to get started. Weather: We completely re-wrote the weather system so now every 10 minutes the weather will have a smooth transition between weather. Take Hostage: Added the ability to take a hostage. Check out the Take Hostage guide on how to get started. Improvements Mission System: Updates to core mission system Carry People: Improved syncing for carrying people animation. Piggyback: Improved syncing for piggy backing animation. Adjustments, Changes, Tweaks Car Thief Thug: Changed thug to take clean money and pay out dirty money on completion. Car Thief Thug: Added one hour server cooldown Car Thief Thug: Fixed thug not checking your money correctly preventing players from starting. Chop Shop: Tweaked percentage from 20% to 33% that police will be called during chopping by an NPC. Bug Fixes Weather: Fixed an issue where whether would could not be set (admin) NPCs: Removed a duplicate NPC which hid behind Launder Lady. Chop Shop: Selling final products to Stanley will now pay out in marked bills, instead of clean money.

    Highlights Car Thief Thug Mission: The first of many great missions to come! The car thief mission will replace the Illegal Imports with a more mission styled approach. Check out the Car Thief Thug guide on how to get started. Improvements Tweets/Bleets: Tweets renamed to Bleets to be more lore friendly (/tweet will still work). Blips: Added a blip to Slag Canyon Steel Works to make it stand out more. Blips: Added a blip to Humane Labs to make it stand out more. Firefighter Job: Added new firefighter actions, blips & vehicle spawners to El Burro Heights, Rockford Hills, Paleto Bay, and LSIA fire stations. Firefighter Job: Added ambulances to vehicle garage for firefighters. Discord Bot: Improved layout of Discord Bot Messages Noclip: Improved movement of noclip (admin only) World Time: World time is now server based to ensure correct time is displayed for all players. AI Dispatch: Increased stability in the AI Dispatch, still requires further testing. Screen to Discord: Added /std, /instagram, /screenshot, /gram commands to activate Screen to Discord. Adjustments, Changes, Tweaks Scoreboard: Player names now show again in the scoreboard due to community feedback. Dirty Money/Marked Bills: Dirty money has been renamed to Marked Bills, which makes it more obvious it's nature. You can still convert this to clean money. Revive/Bleed Out: Increased bleeding out from 10 minutes to 15 minutes. World Time: World time now increments at 10 real life seconds to 1 in-game hour based on community feedback, this will allow better opportunities for roleplay and functions moving forward. Illegal Imports: Removed illegal imports as it's now replaced by the Car Thief Mission. Auto Dispatch: Moved auto dispatch to top right of the screen. Bug Fixes Screen To Discord: Screen To Discord has now been fixed, and should work as intended. Phone: Fixed an issue where the phone would not play a notification sound when receiving a new message. Weapon Shop: Buying legal items (not weapons) from Ammu-Nation should now take clean money, not dirty money. Raven Slaughterhouse: Fixed an issue where the Raven Slaughterhouse to sell meat & leather was overlapping on the Hunting icon. Firefighter Job: Fixed a bug where if fire stations didn't have a helipad, they would fail to load. Ambulance Job: Fixed a bug where if hospitals didn't have a helipad, they would fail to load. Police Job: Fixed a bug where the police menu failed to load due to a typo in the BAC tester. Jewel Fencer Blip: Fixed jewelry sell point showing as "Custody Dropoff" on the map, now displays Jewel Fencer. Auto Dispatch: Fixed an issue where Backlot City displayed as Richard Majestics, and Puerto Del Sol would display as La Puerta. HUD: Fixed an issue where Backlot City displayed as Richard Majestics, and Puerto Del Sol would display as La Puerta.

    Highlights Vespucci Police Department: Bringing law enforcement roleplay to the next level with the Vespucci Police Department (VESP) by UncleJust#0001. Blood & Bullets Analyzing: Police can now see, pickup and analyze blood & bullet casings they find at scenes and bring them back to Vespucci Police Department's Crime Laboratory for analyzing. Improvements Tweets/Bleets: Tweets renamed to Bleets to be more lore friendly (/tweet will still work). Bleets: Bleets now output to their own Discord channel #ig-bleeter Advertisements: Ads now output to their own Discord channel #ig-advertisements Advertisements: Ads now automatically show the phone number from the character. UI: Show money & bank balance using the standard GTA UI. Logging: Improved administrative logging. AI Density: Made AI density dynamic based on time of day, including rush hour & night. ATMs: Added ATMs to Vespucci Police Department VESP: Added elevator to Vepsucci Police Department Police: Added ability for police to now breath test players Ammu-Nation: Added temporary shop next to weapon shop to purchase items which shouldn't require a license (this will be integrated into the menu later) Adjustments, Changes, Tweaks Scoreboard: We revised how the scoreboard is displayed to prevent occurrences of metagaming that we observed where some players were using this to count the number of police, or avoid asking for a mechanic. To counter this, you should be tweeting your requests or using your phone to contact. Voice Issue Detection: Tweaked wording on this to better correlate to the actual setting's name. Screenshot to Discord: We've disabled /screenshottodiscord as a FiveM update has broken this. We'll look to resolve this in the future. Bug Fixes Interaction Menu: Fixed putting on/taking off accessories in the interaction menu. Accessories Menu: Removed the 'k' menu which conflicted with seatbelt & holster animations. World - Ferris Wheel: Found the missing ferris wheel which disappeared one update. Auto Dispatch: Improved witness detection where some random objects were calling 911. Vehicle Customization: Fixed a bug where 'police' cars were not able to be modified in Los Santos Customs. Garages: Fixed modded liveries not saving correctly when storing your vehicle in the garage. Connections: Fixed an issue which prevented players from being able to connect.

  19. This is something we do want to have, but at this current time is not possible due the way vehicles are saved & how inventories are handled. The existing scripts (though not ideal), save everything via the vehicle's plate. Removing the plate, would result in major issues with this. We're looking at ways we an achieve this, but this probably won't happen for a long time until we re-write a lot of the framework.

What is the suggestion: Have the possibility for citizen to take out a loan, up to 250k from a banker, each client who applies for a loan, should have a place of residence (purchased) or a car (purchased), each client who is accepted should have a loan portfolio and it banker should be able to see what is the outstanding balance Client and banker agrees on weekly pays (in game week time) of how much will be withdrawal from the account that banker could set up as a number If client does not pay, the bank tries to withdraw 3 times, which after it gives a prompt to the banker action menu for client portfolio of loans that it has not paid which after he would issue a 1 - 3 warning letters to the client (either trough SMS or Discord) and after no response the Banker can go to cort to proceed with the manner. Preferably this would be done when the player is online so for RP, if the cort decides to reposes their property it would be transferred within serifs department for repression and return to bank, which we afterwards could sell it to other people. What are the advantages? (List each in new line) Have a option for people to get what they want, new car, new house, new boat, Involves RP if client does not pay and have involvement of Cort and police If repression is done, then the item is being sold back to players who wishes to buy it, for example a car can be reposesed and bank goes to PDM for evaluation of a price before selling paying PDM for evaluation of car. What are the disadvantages? (List each in new line) Admin work possibly, Implementation of cash drawback opposite of salary Maybe be hard to implement Do you have any resources (images, links, references) to support our staff in making said suggestion? Loans would be applied with interest fee which is calculated by weeks - if loan takes 1 week then APR is 17% if loan is taken to 2, 3, or months then APR can go up to 20 % How would you go about implementing this idea? Additional section for bank action menu which would be Loan issued, where putting similar like in Investment, you put a sum of what you wish to pay then add APR and then put how much willing to pay weekly and how many weeks and press submit and cash gets transferred to client. Cash gets withdafter from clients account on set given time.
  21. What is the suggestion: Adding in to the ecosystem credit cards meaning, if you wish to purchase car, food, houses without money, and wish to take money out of ATM, he needs a credit card. There would be 2 type of cards: Basic: Issuance fee would be 500 $ - 0 credit possibility - weekly card cost: 35 $ Platinum: Issuance fee would be 2000 $ - 5 000 credit possibility with 15 % APR - weekly card cost 70 $ (if balance on card is 0 and you buy something for 30 dollars, it should show you in orange 4970 dollars) and you can spend all money until its 0 and when money comes in to your account it gets taken away until its paid. Mobile app should represent purchase history and outstanding balance Cards are issued by a banker applying for it What are the advantages? (List each in new line) Additional way for people to buy stuff if they are short few thousand from something Allows for more realistic feel It would help track what purchases they have made What are the disadvantages? (List each in new line) People could just not use it, but in that perspective I would suggest for other business owners to increase the price of products if they wish to buy with cash + npc sellers such as Car dealers and house dealers should increase the amount that needs to paid so people would consider paying more or just getting a card. Adding new Items such as Cards that people can keep in their inventory, Cards must be able to get from bank and bank should be able to order them for 100 $ a piece NPC selers, execpt 7/11 should have increased prices if person wishes to pay with cash, and if person has credit card, it should prompt 2 option: Pay with cash = higher price Pay with card = normal price ATM should be able to access only if customer has a card in their inventory, similar to gun licenses. In the mobile app of bank it should state Fleeca Bank not the other bank XD
  22. What is the suggestion: At this time players investments are being generated trough a IRL day cycle, meaning 24 hours which in game time means a bit more then 31 days. My suggestion would be to change that to a week payout and increasing the time of the ingame time, the actual time I have no idea, but if it would be possible, it could be 60 minutes and the investment deposit would generate each week (meaning each 7 hours) What are the advantages? (List each in new line) Longer day-night cycle, It will not feel like I am on crach and day just passes by me, Longer nights for criminals to do their afears, More realistic feel when speaking to a person or police officer that you speak like 20 minutes and its next morning already. What are the disadvantages? (List each in new line) Salary could be paid later, but again it would be increase in the amount that you get, Do you have any resources (images, links, references) to support our staff in making said suggestion? At this moment no, How would you go about implementing this idea? Tweak the current time speed, Increase the payout of salary accordingly *Fleeca bank % generation should be set for an ingame 1 week time (that would be longer than now)
  23. What is the suggestion: As I am running the Fleeca Bank at this moment there is no Social account. For investment it goes = Billed Invoice = Customer pays = Comes in to my personal account and it needs to be invested, but it does not go away from the account, it stays in my personal account. How it should happen is = Billed invoice = Customer pays and goes in to Social account (if needed It can be transfered to my account and I can transfer it to Social account) = Investment is made, the money goes in to client investment portfolio), client when needed can call the Banker (me) and request an update on their investment or ask to windraft their funds, which results of me getting the money out of the social account and transferring it back to the client. Additionally: The 2.5 % should be calculated from the total sum of the customers portfolio meaning: Investment made 1000 = 2.5 % = time passes and the current balance is 1025, the next cash add-on should be made from 1025. What are the advantages? (List each in new line) It normalizes the economy It creates a way for players (citizens) to earn passive money over time (long term investments) and cash out their investment %. It should decrease the crime rate due to bigger money influx What are the disadvantages? (List each in new line) Could be possibly hard to create, Developers might think this is a low priority Do you have any resources (images, links, references) to support our staff in making said suggestion? The implementation is already in the game, tweaks must be made so it can be used fully How would you go about implementing this idea? 1) Adding social account to the bank, 2) Money billed for the client should go straight to the social account, 3) Investment and withdraw should be made from the social account, 4) Banker should be able to withdraw money from the social account or put money into social account, 5) Adding a favorite phone number in the phone (Fleeca Bank)
