  • Mechanic number

    Tommy Bear
    • Open

    What is the suggestion:

Need mechanic phone number to be added in to phone as favorite, right besides police and ems etc.

    Phone number should function:

    1) Client calls the number,

    2) No answer

    3) Client receives SMS or Notification - Mechanic is on the way

    4) Random mechanic available (online) should receive a SMS to dispatcher with GPS location

What are the advantages? (List each in new line)

Mechanic will drive and fix your car for a fee at any accessible location (even police cars )

Every mech has a chance to receive the call

What are the disadvantages? (List each in new line)

People would call Mechanic and nobody shows up

Do you have any resources (images, links, references) to support our staff in making said suggestion?

How would you go about implementing this idea?

Adding a phone number in to the phone of Mech

Having a script so that when called it sends 2 SMS - 1 to client that Mech is on the way and 1 SMS to random mech online
